Hecka excited to have my own reformer at home! I’m loving my @personalhour Nour 2.0 Foldable Reformer. It came with a jump board, box, multiple foot/safety straps and 4 different foot plates. The carriage glides so smoothly and it’s almost completely silent. It was touch to get it upstairs but suuuuper easy to put together since I’ve been comfortable using reformers for a year now.

Definitely had limited resources in terms of instructions and set up guides, but I was able to figure it out and I am super happy with it.

can't wait till I get clear from doctor, used right before surgery and eager to get back at it when I can

The equipment is exceptionally well built and made from real solid wood. The construction is sturdy, durable, and gives it a premium feel. The PersonalHour team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and I really enjoy using the PersonalHour app. The reformer looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I am struggling to get the straps working correctly. I have worked with a customer service representative and was sent replacement parts to keep the strap posts elevated, but they do not work. The posts keep slipping, the straps keep getting trapped in the rails, and it is difficult to get direct communication with customer support.

I LOVE my reformer! It is soooo well constructed, took about 10 minutes to assemble and I was ready to rock. It's surprisingly easy to collapse, and just as easy to set up. I have nothing but good things to say about the reformer, the app and the company. You won't go wrong purchasing from here. I am totally thrilled. THANK YOU for providing a superior product! Having the Nour Reformer at home has made a huge difference in my Pilates routine. It's incredibly easy to fold and stores away beautifully, blending into my home like a stylish piece of furniture. It's also easy to move whenever I want to rearrange the space. Because it's always convenient and ready to use, I've found myself practicing Pilates every day, and it's become an enjoyable part of my daily routine.

I loved being able to try out the machines to see how good they were. I loved being able to pick my own colors. They accommodated my desire to get the one I wanted as soon as possible. I did have issues with the delivery, but it was the dispatches mistake and Personal Hour jumped into assist. I LOVE my new Reformer. I have worked on many models, both in home and in various studios. This is the best!

I am pleased with my Zous reformer from PersonalHour. I was waiting for three months for a reformer from another company and ended up canceling because they were having logistical problems. I ordered the in stock Zous reformer from PersonalHour and received it in less than two weeks. I must say I am pleased with the quality of this reformer and how whisper quiet it is. I’ve done several workouts on this bad boy and I must say, I am pleased. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Also, I do own an entry level reformer. I am amazed at the difference between the two. I feel that there is so much more that I can do with the Zous that I couldn’t do with my other reformer. I had problems with wheels falling off and shoulder rests splitting. These are things that prompted me to invest in a more studio quality reformer. I have no regrets.

My wife has been doing Pilates for quite some time at various studios thru the years. She said this is the smoothest machine she has ever used. I agree. It is smooooooth. We purchased the nano elite. It is solid! If there is a nuclear only two things will survive: some insects and this reformer….

I absolutely love my reformer! Best investment I could make. Great quality, color, wasn't all that long from order time to receiving it. I ended up getting a full reformer vs a fold up, because of all the extra parts, jump board/box/platforms! My reformer instructor friends are looking at ordering for their business from here, vs the other places, because of the quality and price vs their high priced ones they were looking at. Highly recommend Personal Hour!!!!!

From beginning to end my purchase was excellent. I ordered an in - stock reformer which was shipped in about 2 weeks. The date to be shipped was listed on the website upon ordering so i knew there would be a wait. Once shipped i was contacted via text by the delivery company to set up a delivery date. The driver came on the date and time and was extremely polite and courteous. My reformer was packaged beautifully and super easy to assemble. personal hour also notified me via email when my order was preparing to ship and contact info if needed. My reformer is built well and works wonderfully! great product.

The reformer arrived packaged very well in a crate. Minimal packaging and clean! I was very excited to get it set up, and unfortunately had a negative experience in the out of date booklet and lack of content. I don't want to search their website to find updated material, and the lack of a live agent or phone number is frustrating. This is an expensive and a beautiful machine; and it is a bummer to not have better customer support. Once Mark called me back, he was very helpful; however, I am still addressing the app after 10 days. I cannot find on demand or the search will not work to sort classes, nothing on the tower and instructor classes...
They are constantly sending $50 off for items in your cart or offering 10% off, but the codes do not work. The company needs to put time and energy into communication and timely correspondence. Pilates is suppose to bring balance, strength and center relieving stress...Personal Hour needs to figure out how to remove the chaos in their poor communication and manuals.
