Zous Pro Cardio is the enhanced version of the Zous Pro reformer. It includes an added cardio feature alongside the jumpboard and soft bouncer. The frame has also been redesigned for easier folding and unfolding, now equipped with hydraulic support.

This new model—now available—features side bars with hydraulic struts, making lifting and lowering smooth and safe.

To upgrade, please select the option "With Safe Folding."

Spring Resistance Color Chart

Most PersonalHour reformers include 5 or 6 springs, each color-coded for easy resistance identification:

• Perfect for gentle movements, upper-body work, or rehab-focused exercises.
  
• Balanced tension, ideal for core training, feet-in-straps, and light leg work.
  
• Offers slightly more resistance — great for versatile, full-body routines.
  
• Best for strength-building moves like footwork, bridging, and leg presses.

PersonalHour warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. 

This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
