The Nano Elite Adjustable with Half Tower is a complete 2-in-1 Pilates system that combines a premium adjustable reformer with a versatile half tower. It includes the full reformer accessory set, the complete tower accessory package, and the adjustable footbar system, allowing you to perform a wide variety of studio-quality Pilates exercises.

Step 2: Install the Footbar
The adjustable footbar is designed to slide smoothly along the outer rails of the reformer, allowing multiple positioning options for different exercises and user preferences.

Step 3: Install the Transport Wheels
The transport wheels allow you to move the reformer safely and easily whenever it needs to be repositioned or stored.
Installation Instructions
A. Remove the pre-installed nuts from the transport wheel assembly. Position each wheel in its mounting location and insert the bolts through the designated holes, ensuring the threaded ends extend through the frame.

B. From the inside of the bed frame (Part 9), install the nuts onto the bolts and tighten them securely using the supplied wrench. Make sure both wheels are firmly attached before moving on to the next assembly step.

Step 4: Install the Foot Strap
The foot strap is used to secure your feet during specific Pilates exercises, providing additional stability and support throughout your workout.
To ensure the foot strap is installed correctly, please watch the instructional video below. The video demonstrates the proper method for attaching the foot strap securely to the reformer frame before use.
Step 5: Install the Shoulder Rests and Handles
The latest Nano Elite Adjustable models feature upgraded shoulder rests with integrated mounting holes for quick and secure installation.
- Insert each handle into the corresponding shoulder rest mounting hole.
- Ensure the shoulder rests are fully seated and securely positioned on the reformer.
- Tighten the handles by turning them clockwise until they are firmly secured.
Before using the reformer, double-check that both shoulder rests and handles are properly tightened and do not move during use. Refer to the video below for the correct installation procedure.
Step 6: Install the Risers (Rope Holder Bars)
The risers, also known as rope holder bars, are designed for quick installation and removal whenever needed.
- Insert each riser into its designated mounting hole on the reformer frame.
- Align the mounting holes properly.
- Secure each riser by tightening the supplied star knobs until they are firmly in place, as shown in the illustration below.

Before using the reformer, ensure both risers are fully inserted and securely tightened to provide safe and stable support for the rope system.
Step 7: Install and Adjust the Ropes
The ropes are one of the most important components of your reformer, as they directly affect the smoothness, balance, and accuracy of every movement. Proper installation and adjustment are essential for safe operation and optimal performance.

Before using the reformer, verify that both ropes are installed correctly, are equal in length, and move freely through the pulley system.
Step 8: Install the Half Tower Uprights
The half tower uprights are designed to attach securely to the pre-drilled mounting holes located at the end of the reformer frame.
- Position each tower upright over the designated mounting holes.
- Align the holes and install the supplied hardware.
- Tighten all bolts securely to ensure the tower is firmly attached before use.

Step 9: Install the Leg Extenders
If the leg extenders are not pre-installed on your reformer, attach them to the designated mounting holes on the frame to complete the assembly.
- Position each leg extender in the correct mounting location.
- Align the mounting holes.
- Secure each leg extender using the supplied hardware, ensuring all fasteners are tightened firmly.
Once installed, verify that all four leg extenders are stable and level before using the reformer. Refer to the illustration below for the correct installation and positioning.

Step 10: Install the Push-Through Bar
The Push-Through Bar expands the capabilities of your Half Tower, allowing you to perform a wide range of classic Pilates exercises. Before installation, make sure the Half Tower uprights have been securely assembled.
To install the Push-Through Bar:
- Position the Push-Through Bar between the two tower uprights.
- Insert each end of the bar into the desired mounting position on the uprights.
- Secure the Push-Through Bar using the locking pins or attachment points provided on each side of the tower.
- Attach the four tower springs to the designated hooks on the Push-Through Bar and the matching anchor points on the tower frame, following the recommended spring configuration for your exercise.
- Confirm that all spring clips are fully engaged and that the Push-Through Bar moves smoothly without excessive play.
Important Safety Notice: Always inspect the spring connections before each use. Make sure every spring is securely attached and use the safety strap whenever performing exercises that require it.
