PersonalHour® is a fast-growing Pilates equipment company built on passion, quality, and care. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Issue Resolution Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Role Overview

This role is critical to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and support channels
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product usage, and after-sales support
  • Investigate and document issues clearly, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, operations) to resolve cases quickly
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems (orders, issue tracking, and follow-ups)
  • Ensure all communication reflects professionalism, clarity, and empathy
  • Proactively identify patterns in issues and suggest improvements to prevent future cases

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, issue resolution, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
