A regular bra is always the wrong option for any kind of sport, even for yoga.
Ideally, choosing the right bra for the yoga should be the first step. Nor do you want a bra with lesser coverage that can't keep your breasts stay put.
Fixing your bra during a yoga session shouldn't even cross your mind.

If you do without a proper bra, you would be pressurizing your breast tissue to an extent that it would cause a high level of discomfort. It can even cause sagging, which you don't want! So choose wisely and wear the right active wear.

When choosing a bra for yoga, look for the details that can help ensure comfort and support. They include adjustable straps to help customize the fit; lining in the cups to prevent overexposure; and mesh panels in the back and sides to reduce weight. Choose fabrics with wicking properties, which move moisture away from your body as you sweat. This is essential if you practice hot yoga.
