Reporting Damage or Missing Pieces

Before Accepting Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please carefully verify that all packages listed on the waybill have been delivered before accepting the shipment.

  • Inspect for Damage: If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, it is essential to note this on the waybill before signing. Failure to report and document such damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to address the issue. While we cannot be held responsible for damage that was not noted on the waybill, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.

After Opening the Package

Once you have received and opened your package, please thoroughly inspect the contents for any damage or missing pieces.

  • Reporting Period: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to report any damage or missing components.
  • Resolution Process: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly replace or repair any damaged items and send any missing pieces as quickly as possible.
