I worked directly with Nadia to select and purchase my Janet Elite Plus with tower. It looks great in chocolate and performs even better! Nadia was very personable and caring. I use the reformer to battle my Parkinson's symptoms. It helps ease the body and mind, especially my rigidity. The Janet Elite Plus is of higher quality and operates smoother than the Body Balance Metro IQ that I had been using. I highly recommend Personalhours reformers and their staff of helpful customer service. I especially would like to thank Osama who helped to correct a minor shipping issue that was not the responsibility of Personalhour. I visited the showroom in Dublin, OH and then ordered the Janet Elite 2.0 online. I was really happy with both experiences. Shipping was quick compared to other websites (took about 3 weeks but was delayed because of Thanksgiving and was not the fault of PH.) The reformer quality is amazing for the price, its the same quality as the studio I go to. They are a smaller company which makes it feel more personable, they have always answered my emails quickly. I don't mind that their app is still in the works, there are a ton of other resources for pilates content. The only hiccup is that my order was supposed to include a free gift and it wasn't delivered with my reformer. The company was quick to respond to my e-mail and sent out part of the gift (the pilates circle), the hand weights that were supposed to be included are out of stock and they've said when they return in stock they'll be shipped out (TBD on that.) Even with that said, I would 100% order from them again and recommend them.

I loved being able to try out the machines to see how good they were. I loved being able to pick my own colors. They accommodated my desire to get the one I wanted as soon as possible. I did have issues with the delivery, but it was the dispatches mistake and Personal Hour jumped into assist. I LOVE my new Reformer. I have worked on many models, both in home and in various studios. This is the best!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Janet Elite 2.0 Pilates reformer from PersonalHour. I started practicing Pilates about two years ago at a local chain studio, where I built strength, improved my posture, and gained confidence in my progress. I truly fell in love with Pilates—but as it became more popular, I found it harder to get into classes. My unlimited membership was expensive, and I wasn’t able to attend as often as I wanted, which led me to explore doing Pilates at home. My favorite instructor is Madison Strong. I’m so happy with my reformer that I recommend it to friends often. My daughter’s friend, who is a Pilates instructor, has tried it and 100% approves—she agrees it’s a truly high-quality piece of equipment. PersonalHour has made it possible for me to enjoy studio-quality Pilates at home, on my schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Great equipment at a great price I purchased my nano Pilates reformer about two years ago. I only have positive things to say about the quality and price of the reformer. I use it very often and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Customer service was great when I had questions. Two of my friends have also purchased the reformer after trying out mine. And this is much more affordable than going to a Club Pilates.
