PersonalHour Reformers Production

At PersonalHour, we design, manufacture, assemble, and inspect all our reformers through a carefully controlled process managed by our expert team. While the physical location of production may vary, every aspect of manufacturing is carried out under our strict quality standards to ensure that our equipment meets the high expectations of our customers.

Our Production Process

  1. Design: All reformers are designed in-house by our team of engineers and Pilates experts to combine functionality, aesthetics, and durability.

  2. Material Sourcing: We use only the highest-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. From premium woods to robust metals and high-tension springs, every component is selected for its durability and performance.

  3. Fair Trade Practices: We are committed to fair trade and ethical sourcing. All our materials are obtained from suppliers who adhere to ethical labor standards and environmental sustainability practices.

  4. Manufacturing: Our manufacturing process is carried out by skilled professionals who are highly trained and experienced. We prioritize precision, consistency, and craftsmanship at every stage of production.

  5. Assembly and Inspection: Once manufacturing is complete, all reformers are assembled and undergo rigorous quality control inspections. This ensures every product meets our exacting standards before being shipped to our customers.

Our Commitment to Quality

While we began crafting our first 10 reformers in a small garage in Ohio, our growth has led us to expand production globally to maintain high quality and meet demand. Our overseas manufacturing currently includes locations in Mexico, China, and Canada, with plans to expand to three additional locations soon.

What truly matters is not where the reformers are made, but the dedication and expertise of the team behind them. We oversee every step of the process—from design to final inspection—to ensure our reformers are functional, durable, and reliable.

Transparency and trust are core to our values, and we hope this explanation reassures you of the care and precision that go into creating every reformer.
