PersonalHour® is a fast-growing Pilates equipment company built on passion, quality, and care. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us reach more customers while strengthening our brand presence.
Role Overview
This role is at the heart of our growth. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting customers through their buying journey, and executing marketing initiatives that build trust, awareness, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers and guide them through the purchasing process
- Respond to sales inquiries via email, phone, and online channels
- Recommend the right products based on customer needs and use cases
- Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website
- Create and coordinate content (posts, captions, promotions, and offers)
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Track performance of campaigns and suggest improvements
- Build relationships with customers, influencers, and partners
- Represent the PersonalHour® brand with professionalism and passion
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or Pilates is a plus
