We are looking for a Quality Inspection & Engineering Support Specialist to ensure our equipment meets our standards across production, receiving, and post-sale support.
Role Overview
This role is essential to protecting product quality and customer trust. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing products, identifying issues, supporting engineering improvements, and working closely with operations and suppliers to ensure consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming shipments and finished products
- Identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies and document findings clearly
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality and consistency
- Assist in testing product performance, durability, and safety
- Support engineering updates, modifications, and continuous improvements
- Maintain quality control reports, checklists, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements
- Assist with resolving customer-reported issues related to product quality
Requirements
- Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or engineering support
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify defects and understand product specifications
- Experience with tools, measurements, and basic mechanical systems
- Organized and able to document issues clearly and accurately
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing operation
