PersonalHour® is a fast-growing Pilates equipment company built on passion, quality, and care. Beyond equipment, we are building a complete ecosystem—including our AI-powered mobile app that delivers on-demand Pilates, real-time coaching, and community engagement.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Mobile App Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our digital experience.
Role Overview
This role is at the core of our innovation. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the PersonalHour® mobile app, ensuring it delivers a seamless, engaging, and high-value experience for our customers.
You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to build features that drive user engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the PersonalHour® mobile app
- Lead the development of features including AI coaching, video-on-demand, and community tools
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with developers and designers to deliver high-quality features on time
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to improve product performance
- Optimize user onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Coordinate app releases, updates, and feature rollouts
- Ensure alignment between app experience and overall brand/customer journey
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the fitness tech space
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile apps
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, UX/UI, and agile development
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and make decisions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or AI-driven products is a plus
