Frederick Ocansey, a seasoned Pilates instructor and former professional dancer from Columbus, Ohio, brings years of experience in movement and fitness. Starting his dance training at 16, Frederick discovered Pilates as a transformative method for injury prevention and performance enhancement. He’s since channeled this expertise into teaching, guiding clients with a focus on precise technique and joyful movement. Having held the Lead Instructor role at Club Pilates for two years, Frederick now offers a refined approach to Pilates that’s accessible, welcoming, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
