Frederick Ocansey, known professionally as Fly Fresh Freddy, is a Pilates instructor, educator, and founder of Fly Fresh Fitness. With over 5,000 classes taught, Freddy is known for blending intentional movement, technical precision, and authentic leadership to help people move with greater strength, control, and confidence. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Freddy’s movement background began in dance before evolving into Pilates through injury prevention and performance training.
