Reformer Technical Support & Sales Consultant

Join the PersonalHour® team in Dublin, Ohio.

PersonalHour® is looking for a technically minded and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will learn about Pilates reformers, their components, how they operate, and the differences between PersonalHour® models.

You will use this knowledge to assist customers who need help with assembly, installation, troubleshooting, product operation, or selecting the right reformer for their needs.

This position is primarily focused on technical product support, with some customer service and sales responsibilities. Strong communication skills and an interest in understanding how products work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn the parts, features, and operation of PersonalHour® Pilates reformers.
• Guide customers through assembly, installation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Explain how reformer components and features work.
• Compare different PersonalHour® models and help customers select the best option.
• Provide professional support by phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate technical information clearly and patiently.
• Work closely with the sales, support, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in product design, mechanical components, or understanding how products work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly.
• Patient, dependable, organized, and comfortable solving problems.
• Previous Pilates reformer knowledge is helpful but not required. Full product training will be provided.
• Experience in technical support, customer service, retail sales, fitness equipment, assembly, or troubleshooting is a plus.

Position Details

• Location: In person in Dublin, Ohio
• Employment type: W-2
• Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Schedule: A flexible schedule may be arranged with the manager
• Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Health insurance: 100% paid by the company
