Nano Half Tower Installations

While the Half Tower is compatible with all Nano Reformers, if you purchased the reformer first, the attachment holes will not be pre-drilled by default. This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to create the necessary holes and securely attach the tower components.

Step 1:

Hole Placement Chart:

The hole placement chart is the diagram you should follow to ensure the correct positioning of the holes. Please note that all measurements are in millimeters for greater accuracy.

To ensure precision, use a cardboard template and replicate the chart exactly as shown. The most critical aspect is maintaining the correct spacing between the holes for proper alignment

Key Measurements:

  • Hole Size: 10mm

  • Horizontal Distance Between Holes: 56mm

  • Vertical Distance Between Holes: 140mm

Step 2:

Allocate the location of the attachments

For the Nano Lite, the attachment will be positioned on the sides of the legs and frame, rather than the front.

For the Nano Max, the attachment is installed at the front of the reformer.

Use the sides where the rope system risers are typically installed, on the opposite side of the spring panel, to ensure proper placement

Step 3:

Refer to the hole placement chart to accurately mark the positions for drilling

Please note, the holes in this pictures are the holes for the raiser not the tower holes we will make.

Step 4:

Carefully drill the holes using a 10mm drill bit, ensuring precision and alignment

Step 5:

Repeat this process for all 8 holes, ensuring accurate placement and alignment

Step 6:

Insert the wood insert screws and use a drill to securely fasten them in place

Step 7:

Install the wood inserts only in the four edge holes. Leave the remaining two holes without inserts, as they will be used for the tall screws.

Final Step:

Your frame is now ready for attaching the accessories and installing the tower
