An independent survey-based report exploring how consistent Pilates reformer practice may support physical wellness, mental wellness, exercise consistency, mobility, confidence, and quality of life.
Between January and April 2026, PersonalHour collected responses from 5,000 Pilates reformer users across the United States. Participants ranged from beginners to advanced practitioners and represented a wide range of ages, fitness levels, and wellness goals.
The findings suggest that Pilates is associated with meaningful improvements in exercise adherence, pain management, mobility, confidence, and overall well-being.
