We received our reformer today and had a bit of an issue but of our own making because we ripped the covering for the foot bar while unpacking the reformer. I immediately texted personal hour and within 30 minutes I got a reply super easy fix. I took care of that immediately and was beyond impressed start to finish with personal hours customer service. The reformer came perfectly packed, but it was our error but still Personal Hour helped us tremendously. I would purchase again from this well respected company!

I worked directly with Nadia to select and purchase my Janet Elite Plus with tower. It looks great in chocolate and performs even better! Nadia was very personable and caring. I've been wanting to upgrade my at home reformer and had a few requirements. I wanted something made of wood, I wanted a high weight capacity and I wanted it to fold. My reformer arrived within a couple of weeks, was ready to assemble and is gorgeous! I couldn't be happier.

I wanted to tell everyone how great Personal Hour Reformers are. Absolutely wonderful. Solid, beautiful wood, great leather and beautifully smooth motion. I had worked out for a couple of years on a Balanced Body reformer at my gym but wanted to up my game so after a lot of research I bought a reformer from Personal Hour. And it is GREAT! Their price point is so much more reasonable compared to Balanced Body. I received the reformer last Thursday and had it up and running with a 1/2 trapeze a couple of days later. No problem. Not only is the reformer beautiful and incredible quality (truly studio-level — I have had friends come over to use it and they have commented on how smooth the carriage moves and how comfortable it is), but the team is amazing to work with. Nadia made the process of buying a home reformer absolutely seamless. The delivery was quick, putting it together was a breeze, and now I can create and perform my own flows at my own convenience at home. 10/10 would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a home reformer to get theirs from PersonalHour.

Janet 2.0 Elite (in stock/black) ordered on 9/29, shipped on 10/1 and delivered 10/9/2025. Very quick turnaround. Exceptionally well protected/crated with no damage sustained. Couldn’t be happier. It is truly just lovely. Beautiful piece of equipment. Great customer service….courteous and timely. Inter-departmental communication needs to be tightened up so as to minimize confusion with email exchanges. White glove delivery service wasn’t quite up to snuff but given it’s provided by a third party supplier states away, Personal Hour can only control so much. One of the company execs called me (completely unsolicited) to ask my opinion of the level of service provided and asked my permission to address the issues I encountered with the White Glove provider. Can’t ask for more than that. Given these rather minor issues, would I order again? Yes, yes I would. Again and again and again

I was researching Pilates reformers to purchase for a home studio when Personal Hour appeared on my Facebook page. After spending time reviewing their products and completing a consultation call with their team I decided to purchase the Nano Studio Reformer. I did experience some issues with the third party logistics/shipping company, and the initial shipment arrived damaged. After contacting Personal Hour and providing documentation of the damage, their response was outstanding. They were extremely responsive-even over the weekend-and fully stood behind their product by promptly sending me a replacement reformer. The new unit arrived in excellent condition. The setup instructions seemed a bit outdated, but once we reviewed the parts included, assembly was manageable and actually easier than the instructions suggested. Overall, Personal Hour’s customer support was excellent, and I’m very impressed with the quality of the reformer. I feel it is equivalent, if not better to the brand of reformer I was using when taking classes in a Pilates studio. I would highly recommend Personal Hour and their products.
