Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer & User Experience Specialist at PersonalHour, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience of our brand. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that resonate with our customers and reflect the high standards of our brand. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, from browsing our website to purchasing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our customers. Translate these insights into actionable design improvements.
- UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with our brand identity. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and pages.
- User Experience: Develop and refine the overall user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for our customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to bring designs to life and ensure they are implemented effectively.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the design and functionality of our digital products.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the PersonalHour brand, contributing to a cohesive and recognizable identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile platforms.
- Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to design innovative and user-friendly interfaces.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve user experience challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements are pixel-perfect and aligned with the brand.
