However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays in shipping or production. In such instances, we ask that you reach out to us first with any concerns. We are here to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior communication or resorts to threats against our business or support team, we will be forced to escalate the matter to the Consumer Trust Score and take the necessary legal steps.
