Position: Full-Time, On-site

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Overview: Customer Support and Logistics Officer

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with PersonalHour. Your role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and handling various operational tasks to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person, providing responsive and professional support.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Accurately report customer issues and share them with relevant departments to support quick resolutions.
  • Set and manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction with PersonalHour products and services.
  • Coordinate logistics for daily operations to support smooth, efficient workflows.
Requirements:
  • On-site Presence: This is an on-site role in Dublin, Ohio; remote work is not available for this position.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically with customers.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to document, report, and resolve issues effectively and proactively.
